How to listen to voicemail on a colour screen phone

If your phone has a mono (Black and White) display please read this FAQ
1) Press the envelope buttion.
2) One on the next screen press the buttion next to the voice mail you wish to listen to.
3) To ajust volume press the volume up and down buttions as needed. Left buttion is down and Right is up.
